How to Bake a Fresh Picked Pizza (traditional crust and traditional thin crust)

1. Place the rack in the center and preheat the oven to 425°. Remove the plastic wrap from the pizza.

2. Place pizza (still on the tray) in the oven. After 3 minutes pop any bubbles with a fork. Pizza is done when the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Typical baking time is 10-18 minutes (or if you asked for thin crust: 8-12 minutes)

3. Carefully remove the pizza from the oven and serve after a few minutes

 

Hints for an even better pizza

Let the pizza sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes (but not more than 60 minutes) before baking

Bake only one pizza at a time. If baking more than one, make sure the oven is good and hot and rotate pies half way through baking

If using a baking stone place the baking tray directly on the stone. Remove the tray after 5 minutes in the oven

For a crisper crust: remove the baking tray from under the pizza after 5 minutes in the oven. Save the tray to remove the pizza from the oven

Do not use the paper tray in the oven more than once


 

How to bake a Fresh Picked Gluten-free Pizza

1. Place the rack in the center and preheat to 425°. Discard the plastic wrap and set aside the cardboard circle.

2. Place pizza (without the cardboard circle) directly on the rack. Typical baking time is 10-14 minutes. Pizza is done when the edges are browning and the cheese is bubbly.

3. Carefully remove the pizza from oven by sliding it onto the cardboard circle and serve after a few minutes.


 

How to bake a Fresh Picked Cracker-crust Pizza


1. Place the rack in the center and preheat the oven to 425°. Remove plastic wrap and the cardboard circle. Save the cardboard circle to remove the pizza from the oven.

2. Place pizza directly in oven. Bake for 10-16 minutes until the edges start to brown and the cheese is bubbly.

4. Carefully remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Enjoy!


 

How to bake Fresh Picked Baked Pasta:

1. Place the rack in the center or the oven and preheat to 375°. Remove the cover from the pasta.

2. Bake for 25-35 minutes until evenly warmed throughout.

3. Carefully remove from oven and allow to cool.


 

How to bake Fresh Picked Garlic Cheesy Bread

1. Place the rack in the center and preheat to 425°. Remove plastic wrap and sauce.

2. Place Cheesy Bread (still on the tray) in oven. After 3 minutes pop any bubbles with a fork. It is done when the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Typical baking time is 8-10 minutes.

3. Remove from oven and serve after a few minutes.


 

How to bake Fresh Picked Breadsticks:

1. Place the rack in the center and preheat to 350°. Remove the plastic wrap and the dipping sauce.

2. Place Breadsticks (still on the tray) in oven. Breadsticks are ready when they are cooked uniformly to a golden brown. Typical baking time is 8-12 minutes.

3. Remove from oven and serve after a few minutes.


 

How to bake Fresh Picked Chicken Dippers

1. Preheat oven to 425° and remove the plastic lid.

2. Bake about 12-15 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and crisping.

3. Carefully remove them from oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes. Dip and Enjoy!


 

How to bake Fresh Picked Nachos

1. Place the rack in the center of the oven and heat the oven to 375°. Remove plastic cover from the nachos.

2. Place nachos (still on the tray) in the oven. No need to preheat the oven. Typical baking time is 8-10 minutes. Nachos are done when the cheese is melted.

3. Carefully remove the nachos from the oven and serve after they cool a few minutes.


 

How to bake Fresh Picked Italian Stir Fry

1. Place the rack in the center and preheat the oven to 425°. Remove plastic cover.

2. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges start to brown.

1. Place the rack in the center and preheat to 350°. Remove plastic wrap.

2. Place DOTS (still on the tray) into the oven. Typical baking time is 8-10 minutes. DOTs are done when the edges are brown and they are cooked uniformly.

3. Carefully remove them from oven and serve after a few minutes. Spread with icing or dip them if you prefer.
